• Strict Quality Control: We rigorously execute contract terms and perform multiple quality inspections on each unit according to product standards, ensuring reliable product quality and accurate quantity upon delivery.

After-Sales Services

• On-Site Technical Support: As scheduled, we dispatch experienced technicians to the client's site to provide technical support and training, including installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance.

• System Operation Training: We offer complimentary on-site training for clients, covering detailed equipment operation, maintenance, precautions, and relevant theoretical knowledge to ensure proficient operation and understanding of the equipment principles.

• Installation and Acceptance Process:

  • Upon equipment arrival, clients should promptly notify us. Both parties will jointly unbox and inspect the goods. Any shortages or damages (if carton damage is noted during pickup, please immediately notify all relevant parties) will be addressed by us with free replacements.

  • A joint acceptance team formed by both parties will inspect the equipment based on the contract, verifying quantity, quality, performance, and installation. Once acceptance criteria are met, both parties will sign the acceptance document to finalize the process.
